At Seasail, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions below.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, in original condition with all original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is ours. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
